Luxury villa, located at southeast of the island (Near Porto Cristo), in a quiet and forest area; a few kilometers of beautiful beaches, shops and Golf course S`Era den Pula. The house has two floors and a maxium capacity of 8 people.
The Villa has free WIFI for guests, music, air conditioning (10h / day) at the bedrooms and central heating (10h / day) during the winter months, around all the house.
On the ground floor there are : the hall, the kitchen, which is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave …), bathroom (with toilet and shower), laundry room , with washing machine, iron …; a living room with Satelite TV , dvd player , books, sofas, fireplace … a room with a double bed 1.80 x 2.00, dressing room and bathroom on suite (with toilet, jakuzzi , shower …)
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two with en suite bathroom) and fully equipped bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with twin beds (90 cm wide each bed )and the other bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 cm x 2.00 cm; a bathroom (with bathtub, Bide, wc …) and a terrace. all rooms have exterior views.
Outside there is also a beautiful barbecue, a cozy covered terrace (with sofas, dining table …) private pool, and a beautiful garden.
The Villa is located on the countryside, in a quiet forest area at 2 kilometers of Mallorcan typical rural village. At 7 kilometers we can find beautiful and unspoilt beaches., The marina “Porto Cristo” where you can enjoy sea and land excursions, visit the “Cuevas del Drach” and “Cuevas dels Hams”. We also found the tourist area (S’Illot, Sa Coma, Cala Millor …) which have kilometric sandy beaches and great nightlife. The nearest town, Manacor, where Rafael Nadal was born , is located at 6 kilometers, where the general hospital is located , retail outlets , the factory of the Majorica pearls. A few minutes we find the golf courses’ S´era den Pula “and” Canyamel “and the fishing harbor, Cala Rajada, where you can taste the fresh fish and seafood.
